Liliana Delman

Liliana E. Delman (she/her) is a dynamic and intentional leader with over a decade of experience championing inclusive leadership and improving sense of belonging in higher education. She currently serves as the Director of Student Culture and Belonging at Stevens Institute of Technology, where she leads educational and social programs, supports student organizations and drives collaborative culture change. An adjunct professor in the Stevens MBA program, Delman also consults on inclusion and leadership strategies for organizations. She holds a B.A. from Smith College and an M.S. in Student Affairs in Higher Education from Miami University. Previously, she coordinated mentoring and diversity initiatives at Colorado College.
