About the Collaborator

Alicia is currently the Associate Director of College Counseling at Winchester Thurston in Pittsburgh and 3rd year doctoral student at The University of Pittsburgh. She’s spent the last 11 years working with 9th – 12th grade students using the social justice framework by Teaching Tolerance, now known as Learning for Justice. Alicia is the proud parent of Elijah and Maya, all of whom are proudly from the great city of Philadelphia. Former board member for Learning for Justice Current member of the Black Graduate Alliance at the University of Pittsburgh
