Brooke Barry

My name is Brooke Barry, I am an entrepreneur, a business owner, a community health advocate, and a mother. I am passionate about children, families, social justice, and maternal wellness. I am the owner of Brooke Barry Childcare LLC and am active in 3 maternal health research projects with Healthy Start and the University of Pittsburgh. I am a parent ambassador for Moms Rising, a national non-profit dedicated to fighting for paid family leave and high-quality childcare. I also facilitate a Black history course titled “Justified Anger” for white educators to learn the real US history. I’m excited to learn and collaborate with everyone!
