About the Collaborator
My interest in the Race & Equity Collaborative is centered toward law and policy particularly in the work place and hopefully beyond. Often times, the issues of systemic racism lies where a person in authority is doing intentional and detrimental harm (e.g. bullying) to a minority which creates a lot of “unnecessary” mental and physical stress that continuously goes unaddressed with regard to holding the victimizer accountable and responsible for their actions and the victim often unhealed and devasted.
